With the Budget having been well and truly digested at the end of October, this…
At the end of last month we saw a further step forward in the CA’s Upfront Information campaign with the launch of a new version of the BASPI, and during April we continued to push the key messages around why this is so important, particularly during a period where transaction completion timescales have been a key topic within the media. With UPRNs now ‘baked into’ the new BASPI, this also caught the eye of a number of journalists and we continue to present the argument for upfront information and property packs.
In April, the CA welcomed a new Affiliate member, Landmark Information Group, following on from Coadjute – both will be visible at upcoming CA meetings.
And don’t forget the CA’s series of meetings – PSB, Legal and All-members – which are taking place on the 5th May in London. The Association wants to hear from members on any burning issues you would like support, help and guidance with, and there will be a specific session to allow this, as outlined in Non Executive Chair, Nicky Heathcote’s, blog (see below).
