The CA launched its annual lender survey this month – a chance for all conveyancing practitioners to give their views on where the industry can collaborate further to help improve both the mortgage and conveyancing process.

Previous iterations of the survey, and the results they generated, enabled the CA to work with an array of property industry stakeholders and it is hoped that this version does exactly the same.

We continue to push a number of our key workstreams via the media, in the form of highlighting the benefits of upfront information but also, in a wider sense, in terms of the collaboration required within our sector to improve the home buying and selling process. Beth Rudolf’s article in Estate Agent Today focuses on this while we also highlight the key part played by technology, the benefits it can deliver to create wider industry buy-in around.
