Orbital Witness announced as latest Conveyancing Association Affiliate member

The Conveyancing Association (CA), the leading representative body for the conveyancing industry, has today (27^th  November 2024) announced Orbital Witness, the all-in-one property due diligence automation platform for lawyers and property professionals, as its latest Affiliate member.

Established in 2018, Orbital Witness leverages AI, in-house legal expertise and insurance models to streamline property due diligence for real estate lawyers.

Orbital Witness said its conveyancing-focused AI solution, Orbital Residential, helps firms save time, boost profitability and deliver exceptional client experiences – while also reducing risk across every transaction.

Orbital Residential said it is trusted by hundreds of conveyancers nationwide: serving both small, boutique practices as well as the larger, nationwide firms.

In 2024, Orbital Witness won the ‘Conveyancing Collaborators of the Year’ award in partnership with Enact, at the British Conveyancing Awards, as well as ‘Legal AI Supplier of the Year’ at the Modern Law Awards.

Orbital Witness said it had chosen to partner with the CA to deepen the company’s engagement with its customers and to contribute to discussions about the future of conveyancing in the age of AI.

Orbital Witness will be attending the CA’s 2025 Annual Conference & Dinner, which is taking place on Thursday 30^th January at the Hilton Deansgate Hotel in Manchester entitled, ‘Past, present and future – where is the conveyancing industry up to and what can we expect in the future?’
