Franklins was founded 40 years ago and has always specialised in property related services along with private client and commercial services. The offices are in Milton Keynes and Northampton although we deal with clients around the country, particularly in respect of new homes purchases.
The company has always taken the initiative in developing improved levels of service through both quality assurance and IT investment. Franklins Solicitors LLP has been accredited to ISO 9001 and Investors in People since 1996 and Lexcel since 2000.
By association with IT company, FWBS Ltd, sophisticated work handling processes have evolved to include one of the very first online reporting, instruction and case handling management. Franklins Solicitors LLP was also involved in the initiation and development of the conveyancing panel management service, Law Firm Services Ltd.
We derive a high proportion of our conveyancing work from recommendations and have a market-leading reputation for good customer service. We also have a particular specialisation in acting for buyers of new homes and under affordable housing schemes. According to Land Registry statistics for 2010, we were placed 25th nationally in terms of transactions undertaken and 10th nationally when considering new homes alone.
