August may well be peak holiday season but there has been plenty going on within the conveyancing sector and the wider property market. We await to find out who will be the next Prime Minister as this will determine much about the progression and direction for our sector, particularly in terms of improving the home buying and selling process.
In August we focused on this key issue but also highlighted a number of benefits that come with being a member of the CA, not least the launch of our new ‘Find an Expert’ service that puts conveyancing firms in touch with those looking for their services, whether consumer or adviser.
We’ve also focused on the relationship between all property market stakeholders and the need for greater transparency and communication in order to keep delays to a minimum and to ensure the number of aborted transactions is as low as possible.
