Given that National Trading Standards published its Material Information Parts B&C Guidance for stakeholders, there was plenty of information about what it would mean for the industry and how it might improve the process for consumers. As it was the end of the year, it was time to focus on what 2023 had delivered but also what 2024 might bring, and in her regular article for Today’s Conveyancer, Beth Rudolf looked at what was required, from a legislative point of view, in the coming year.
