To obtain a bespoke quote, we just need the following information:
- Confirmation that you require a bespoke quote
- A list of addresses
- Associated plans
- A list of required searches
We then approach all providers within 24 hours (although it’s usually only 4 hours!) to ask for confirmation of their fees for each area. The providers will then come back within 3-5 business days, and we collate all the information for you. Once you are ready to proceed, we confirm the searches for you, deal with the queries and send you a link to the results.
